Fulfillment Mechanism

Immediately upon successful processing of checkout funds via our payment gateways, an automated transaction confirmation message is dispatched to the customer's provided email address.

License & Access Provision

This email contains a cryptographically signed individual Software License Key and a direct, secure HTTPS binary download link for the desktop/web application wrapper.

Fulfillment Window

Delivery is executed within zero to five (5) minutes from timestamped payment confirmation. If an email delivery delay occurs due to ISP sorting or routing, technical support is reachable via support@sleepmetrics.online for manual provision.

Section 4: Explicit Mandatory Checkout Consent

Before executing any single-time commercial payment or consumer financing structure, the customer must manually select a mandatory interactive checkbox stating: "I have read, understood, and explicitly agree to the Terms of Service, the Full Medical Disclaimer, and the Return & Cancellation Policy." Processing of transactions cannot be initiated without active user activation of this acknowledgment parameter.

Section 5: Governing Law & Corporate Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any separate commercial transaction agreements whereby we provide software or support services to you, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or formal arbitrations stemming from transactional disputes must be filed exclusively within courts of competent jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE.
