Section 1: Proprietary Assets Ownership

All operational elements, software architecture, underlying code logic, algorithmic modeling frameworks (including gradient boosting and decision tree configurations), UI/UX designs, graphics, branding assets, text, and media deployed across sleepmetrics.online are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of SleepMetrics. These assets are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret frameworks.

Section 2: Conditional Software License Parameters

Any commercial software acquisition executed via our platform grants the Customer a restricted, revocable, non-exclusive single-user operating license. This license strictly prohibits:

• Sublicensing, copying, mirroring, distributing, or reselling software binaries or assets.
• Utilizing reverse-engineering decompilers or script scrapers to extract core algorithmic logic or dataset weighting structures.
• Deploying our platform properties to generate competitive software derivatives or commercial software clones.

Unauthorized replication or exploitation will trigger immediate, permanent license termination without a right to a refund, alongside swift legal action for damages.

Section 3: Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Copyright Infringement Claims

SleepMetrics deeply respects third-party proprietary rights. If you believe any operational resource hosted on our platform infringes upon a valid copyright or trademark you legally hold, please submit a formal, signed Notice of Infringement to our legal response unit at support@sleepmetrics.online.

To be processed, your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized trademark or copyright holder.
• Specific identification of the protected work claimed to have been infringed.
• The precise URL location of the disputed material on our network.
• Valid corporate contact fields, including an operational phone number and email address.
