Section 1: Data Collection & Strict Structural Minimization

SleepMetrics processes metrics such as sleep duration tracking, heart rate parameters, lifestyle habits, and routine tracking variables entered by the user. We do not gather official government-issued identifications or official patient health charts.

Section 2: Edge-Computing Architecture & Biometric Security

To maximize security and protect user privacy, SleepMetrics utilizes localized data parsing wherever possible:

• Localized Application Execution: All analytical processing, predictive modeling execution, and sleep habit logging take place directly within the localized memory space of the customer's hardware device.
• No Centralized Storage of Biological Metrics: SleepMetrics does not transmit, harvest, upload, or centrally store individual raw biological metrics or personal daily habits on external web servers or cloud-based databases.
• Zero Data Monetization Policy: We do not sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broker your metrics or usage statistics to pharmaceutical entities, marketing brokers, insurance institutions, or any third-party networks.

Section 3: Financial Transaction Tokenization

All credit card details, payment metrics, billing street addresses, and financial attributes provided during checkout are transmitted directly and securely via HTTPS TLS 1.3 encryption mechanisms to our certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors (Stripe / Affirm). SleepMetrics never processes, views, stores, or replicates raw payment card numbers or credit profiles within its own data structures.
