Section 1: Absolute Finality of Digital Software Sales
Due to the digital, immediately accessible, and downloadable architecture of the SleepMetrics Software and its digital license key frameworks, all commercial sales, transactions, and consumer financing applications executed via sleepmetrics.online are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. Once a secure download link or unique cryptographic license key has been generated and dispatched via email, the service is legally deemed fully executed and delivered under card brand standard parameters.
Section 2: No-Chargeback & Voluntary Dispute Waiver
By checking the mandatory checkout consent box, the Customer acknowledges that they forfeit any arbitrary right to open a payment dispute or file a card issuer dispute under categories such as "Product Not Received" or "Services Not As Described," provided that the automated electronic delivery records verify deployment of the license credentials to the user’s designated email address.
Section 3: Mitigating Technical Malfunctions & Defect Resolution
We are completely committed to software stability and operation. In the event of setup failure, localized code corruption, or system OS incompatibility, the customer is directed to contact our dedicated support architecture:
- Customers must submit an official technical ticket via support@sleepmetrics.online outlining operating system versions, error trace files, and application logs.
- Our engineering team will provide comprehensive technical updates, alternative software versions, or manual configurations within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours.
- In exceptional, verified instances where the software is completely inoperable due to a localized core software bug that cannot be patched within five (5) business days, management reserves the exclusive right to issue a discretionary partial or full platform credit or voluntary refund.
